Wudang Tai Chi Chuan  in Cornwall
Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient Chinese martial art. Based on the Taoist principles of Yin and Yang it seeks to provide a balance between the physical and mental state thereby improving concentration and awareness. It can be practised on many levels, for health, relaxation, self defence or as a form of meditation.

Instructor Profile

Adam Chell is a Senior Instructor in the Wudang School of Tai Chi Chuan and has been training for almost 15 years, 6 of those as an Instructor.  In spite of this long standing experience he still regularly visits his teacher, Sifu Dan Docherty and attends many of his camps and seminars.

In 1999 Adam won a British title taking the Gold medal in the Moving Step Pushing Hands category (throwing and locking) at the 11th British Open Tai Chi Championship held in Oxford.
